ガチャピンさんはいろいろな企画にチャレンジして
その抜群の才能を余すところなく視聴者に披露しているのに
何故かムックはいつも目立たないチョイ役。活躍のシーンも少ない。

それは、決してムックがガチャピンに劣っているわけでは無いんだよ。
そもそも考えてみてほしい。大地を縦横無尽に駆け巡る古代種族の『恐竜』であるガチャ。
対して、本来は極寒の地でのみ生きるはずの『雪男』のムック。

ひらけポンキッキの舞台である地はおそらく温帯に属している。
雪男であるムックが、このフィールドで果たして１００％の実力など出せるだろうか？
否、彼はこのフィールド上では実力の3分の1も出せていないのだろう。
自らの頭上に扇風機まで埋め込むほど暑さに苦しんでいるのだ。力など出せるはずもない。

しかしムックはそんな事は一言も口に出さず、ただガチャピンの引き立て役に回る。
決してバトルフィールドの変更を申し立てる事はせず、三枚目を演じる器のデカさ。
彼は自分にとって過酷な状況下にあっても、それすら受け入れて生きる覚悟があるのだ。
私はそんな寡黙で真摯なムックにエールを送りたい。好きだ。濡れる。
これからもムックの事だけを見つめて生きていきたい。
